Thanks for stopping by! Almost ten years ago, I pursued an incredible (albeit terrifying) opportunity to completely re-imagine my life. Part of the journey included letting go of the company I founded and, along with it, a significant aspect of my identity. Why? I felt trapped in a life that had lost meaning, held captive by the expectations (mostly mine) of what I should be. When I realized the fear of continuing like this was greater than the risk of changing, the choice became clear. The result? I traded the safety of my career for the possibility of a more purpose-driven, heart-centered approach to life. I discovered a unique (and empowering) perspective on navigating and embracing the unexpected. The blessings, gifts, and joys resulting from the unavoidably difficult and defeating moments of change. And... the power of intention and choice that lives within and guides us - if we allow it.
